The Cultivated Experience 

 

What’s included in a Cultivated Wine Tour?
Your private experience includes luxury transportation, a dedicated wine host, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine, personalized itinerary design, and photography assistance throughout the day.

How many wineries will we visit?
We recommend visiting 2 to 3 wineries with a lunch in-between to ensure a leisurely, immersive experience. This allows time to savor each location without feeling rushed.

​

How long is a wine tour?

All wine tours require a 6-hour minimum booking. Your tour time begins at your agreed-upon pickup time and ends when you’re dropped off at your final destination.

Any time beyond the 6-hour minimum will be pro-rated by the minute based on your hourly rate.

Can we select our own wineries?
Yes. You are welcome to provide a list of preferred wineries or allow us to curate a bespoke itinerary aligned with your preferences.

​

Are wine tasting fees included?
Tasting fees are not included in the tour price and are paid directly to each winery. We will gladly assist in making appointments and advising on fee structures ahead of time.

Is lunch included in the tour?
While lunch is not included, we are pleased to arrange a reservation at a refined local restaurant or coordinate a picnic-style lunch as part of your itinerary.

What if someone in our group doesn’t drink?
When visiting wineries without the intention of tasting, you may still need to pay for the tasting. Most wineries charge a fee for the tasting experience, which is typically a per person fee. It is important to note that wineries may have a "dump bucket" where you can pour the remaining wine, allowing you to enjoy the wine without consuming it.

Do you offer group or shared tours?
No. Cultivated Wine Tours specializes exclusively in private, bespoke experiences designed for your group alone.

Do you offer dinner transportation?

Yes! We offer round-trip transportation for dinner reservations with a 4-hour minimum booking.

Your time begins at your scheduled pickup time and ends upon drop-off at your final destination.

Any time beyond the 4-hour minimum will be pro-rated by the minute based on your hourly rate.

Can you help us celebrate a special occasion?
Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a proposal, birthday, anniversary, or just a memorable day in wine country, we take pride in creating meaningful, elevated moments.

Do you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs?
Yes. Please share any specific needs or preferences in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you with grace and care.

Policies & Considerations 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

​

  • Single-Day Tours: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour will incur a 6-hour minimum fee at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

​

  • Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations made within 14 days of the first scheduled tour day will incur a 6-hour minimum fee per day.

​

​When is the final payment due?

Final payment is collected at the conclusion of your tour, directly with your driver, using a physical credit card. The card on file will only be charged if otherwise arranged or in the event of a cancellation.

​

Additional Guidelines:

  • Winery tasting fees and meals are not included in the tour price

  • A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if a guest becomes ill inside the vehicle

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the tour

  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older

  • Pets are not permitted

  • Additional fees may apply for pickups outside of Napa and Sonoma counties
